Effective date: 1 August 2026 These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Symphony Art website and your purchase of products from us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. About the store Symphony Art offers designed, collectible and customised objects through its online store. Product descriptions, images, dimensions, materials and availability are provided in good faith. Because products may be handmade, digitally produced or individually finished, minor variations in colour, texture and appearance may occur. Accounts You are responsible for providing accurate account and delivery information and for keeping your login details secure. You must notify us if you believe your account has been used without permission. We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraud or a breach of these terms. Products, prices and availability Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. We try to keep product information accurate, but we do not guarantee that every description, image, price or availability detail is error-free. We may correct errors, limit quantities or cancel an order affected by an obvious error. Orders and payment Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order is accepted only after Symphony Art confirms it and verifies the payment information or payment proof. We may contact you for clarification or reject an order where payment cannot be verified, the delivery details are incomplete, or fraud is suspected. Orders must not be placed for resale without our written permission. Custom products Customised products are made using the information and instructions supplied by you. You are responsible for checking names, spelling, measurements, artwork and other details before submission. Custom products may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production has started, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective. Delivery We deliver to locations shown as available at checkout. Delivery estimates are indicative and can be affected by production time, courier delays, weather, public holidays, incomplete addresses or events outside our control. You are responsible for providing a complete and reachable delivery address and phone number. Risk in the product passes to you on delivery or attempted delivery at the provided address. Returns, defects and refunds Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by the Returns & Damage Claims Policy. Claims should be raised promptly and must include the required unboxing video for damage, missing-item or incorrect-item claims. Do not send an item back without our written authorisation. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Intellectual property The website, brand, product images, text, graphics, designs and other content belong to Symphony Art or its licensors. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit our content without written permission. Acceptable use You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious material, misuse another person’s information, scrape catalogue content, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
